Sis. Smith always exemplified such eleganance and first lady qualities that showed so with just her sweet smile. I use to see them out at the grocery store and she was still very much an example of Goodness. I went to Golden Gate for Many years and made friends that I still keep in contact with. I pray you are at peace. GOD Bless you.

J'Neece Mason (04.16.2008 @ 18:27:12)

Harlan & Felicia Harrison (04.16.2008 @ 17:58:18)
Dr. Smith, We pray that the spirit of God comforts you during your time of bereavement. Sis. Smith exemplified true grace and love to all who knew her. As you have so eloquently delivered God's comforting words to many families over the years, we pray that you will find that same comfort even more abundantly. HIS grace is sufficient for you, for HIS strength is made perfect in weakness. May God bless you. We love you dearly.

Deacon Carl & Benita Anderson (04.16.2008 @ 17:44:00)
Dr. Smith, May the God of all comfort, comfort you during this time of bereavement. May there be only one set of footprints in the sand as He carries you through. Griggs Chapel Missionary Baptist Church

Libbie Terrell Lee (04.16.2008 @ 17:22:04)
Possessing an ability to influence with poise, grace and character is a Heavenly Gift. The "Smith" leadership team demonstrated that it is less about word and more about deed that prevails in the end. The respect, love and care that you both demonstrated toward each other early on and you Pastor Smith in the end is a true example of what "till death do us part" really means. Lots of Love

Janice E. Gore (04.16.2008 @ 16:34:27)
I have known Sis. Smith since I was 5yrs. old. I loved her quiet spirit. She was truly a virtuous woman. When I think of Sis Smith, I think that "Still Waters Run Deep".
