Event Planning Team Guidelines
Established June 2007

This team will be responsible for two major areas:

1. Working with Ministry Leaders to coordinate their events so that they run smoothly, are planned well enough in advance so that staff can fulfill their responsibilities and that every aspect of the event promotes excellence and a quality that honors God and reflects positively upon the church.

2. Plan and implement the major church wide events. For example:
 - Church Anniversary (every 5 years)
 - Pastor's Appreciation Services
 - Other church wide events
